The electronic (pdf) version of the CutList Plus Manual is installed automatically along with the software. (You'll need an up-to-date version of the Adobe Acrobat Reader to view the file.)
The manual is also available as a separate download (9 MB). You will probably have to right-click on the download link, and choose "Save Target As..." (or something similar, depending on your browser).
