Major version upgrades, when released, are avaiable at a discounted price that depends on the Edition you are using and the significance of the upgrade.
Edition upgrades for the latest version (e.g. from Silver to Gold) are available for the difference in list price between the two Editions. If your license is for an older discontinued version, you can get a similar discount on a double ugrade (upgrading both the version and the Edition).
